Introduction to Applicable Instructions
Applicable Directive: 2002/24/EC
Motorcycles with a speed of over 6 kilometers per hour must obtain the European Complete Vehicle Approval (ECWVTA) and the manufacturer must provide a certificate that their vehicle complies with left-hand traffic and speedometer measurement in miles. VCA tests the performance, production, and quality control processes of motorcycles based on the relevant EU directives in Table 1 and the EU 92/61/EEC framework directive (later revised by Directive 2002/24/EC), and tracks the consistency of product production throughout its production life. Directive 2002/24/EC applies to: two wheeled light motorcycles, three wheeled light motorcycles, two wheeled motorcycles, side three wheeled motorcycles, regular three wheeled motorcycles, and four wheeled motorcycles;
Directive 2002/24/EC is the Vehicle Directive, which involves vehicle certification; Other instructions are component and feature instructions, involving component authentication. The relationship between the two is: on the one hand, the vehicle command plays a commanding role over other individual commands; On the other hand, its implementation requires the support of individual instructions.
It must be pointed out that this instruction system is adapted to the technological level of a certain period, and it will change with the development of technological level. In the future, the number of individual instructions will increase, and the specific content of each individual instruction will not remain unchanged. This means that we must do a good job of information tracking and keep up with the latest instruction system.
