MD and ND Certification Training for China Vehicle Testing Engineering Research Institute (SYC)

　　In order to enhance the understanding and mastery of the EU CE certification process and testing requirements by testing personnel,Ren Yueguang,the General Manager of our joint venture Company(hereinafter referred as I&C),led the certification team for a one-day professional training and technical communication at the invitation of China Vehicle Testing Engineering Research Institute(hereinafter referred as SYC).More than 20 leaders and technical personnel from relevant departments of SYC participated in this training.　　The training content is as follows:　　(1)Introduction to the EU's New Machinery Regulation(EU)2023/1230;　　(2)Introduction to the EU Noise Directive 2000/14/EC;　　(3)Training on the EU Coordinated Standard EN 13000:2010+A1:2014 for Mobile Cranes;　　(4)EN ISO 13849-1 Safety related components of control systems SRP/CS safety functional level PL training.　　SYC is a nationally recognized product inspection laboratory accredited by CNAS.It is a research and testing base and testing center specializing in engineering machinery,industrial vehicles,aviation ground equipment,specialized machinery,and special equipment products nationwide.Since 2009,I&C has been engaged in long-term cooperation in the EU CE certification of engineering machinery,industrial vehicles,and other related fields.　　In this training,I&C provided detailed explanations and in-depth exchanges on the specific requirements and certification processes of the EU Machinery Directive MD,Noise Directive ND,CE certification for mobile cranes,as well as the confirmation methods,procedures,and confirmation reports for the safety function level PL of SRP/CS safety related components in the control system of mechanical products.　　This training has been highly recognized by the leaders and technical personnel of SYC.Both parties have expressed their intention to strengthen cooperation in the field of CE certification and further expand the scope of CE certification and product certification.

　　On February 28,2024,our technical director and CE engineer were invited to attend the EU certification training for R&D department of Anhui Haoyun Machinery Co.,Ltd.'s telescopic handler,with a new start to the new year and a strong start to the season.　　Anhui Haoyun Machinery Co.,Ltd.is a holding subsidiary of Anhui Heli,specializing in the production of telescopic arm off-road forklifts,internal combustion balance weight forklifts,and lithium-ion forklifts.The company's 3.5-ton to 7.5-ton telescopic arm off-road forklifts,after selling well in Southeast Asia,the Middle East,and Africa markets,will respond to the call of the group's import and export company to aggressively enter the European market this year.In order to ensure compliance with EU certification requirements and avoid unnecessary repeated rectification,our company has provided our R&D technical team with a detailed interpretation of the relevant coordination standards for telescopic off-road forklifts from the source of product development,including mechanical directives EN ISO 12100:2010,EN 1459-1:2017+A1:2020,EN 12053:2001+A1:2008,EN 13059:2002+A1:2008,EMC directive EN 12895:2015+A1:2019,noise directive ND 2000/14/EC+2005/88/EC,and provided a detailed explanation of the certification process and scheme.　　Before the Spring Festival of 2024,our certification engineers have gone to the Anhui Heli headquarters to discuss the preparation of pre certification materials,testing,and document requirements for the CE certification of pallet stacker trucks,pallet handling trucks,and front-end cranes.This certification training for telescopic off-road forklifts is also a further cooperation between the two parties this year.Haoyun Company hopes to leverage our certification industry advantages to help our core products establish a foothold in the European market.　　I believe that with the active preparation of Anhui Haoyun Machinery and our strong cooperation,the company's core product,the telescopic handler,will debut in the European market at a faster speed this year and gain more European customers.

YTO Certified Products Showed up at the German Agricultural Machinery Exhibition

　　On November 12,2023,the Hanover International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition(hereinafter referred to as"Hannover International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition")hosted by the German Agricultural Association was held at the Hanover Exhibition Center in Germany.　　China YTO showed up large and medium horsepower series Euro V tractors and new product electric lawn mowers at the exhibition which were certified with our help,along with numerous domestic and foreign products.　　Our company has been deeply involved in the Chinese agricultural machinery e-mark market for nearly 20 years,and our cooperation with China YTO has been very close.In recent years,we have undertaken the certification work for YTO's large and medium horsepower series Euro V tractors.With the joint efforts of Chinese and foreign certification experts,we have helped YTO successfully obtain the e-mark certificate.　　Last year,in response to the urgent overseas market demand for a new product of a tow lawn mower,our technical experts worked overtime to accurately interpret the product and provide a certification plan,which quickly enabled the product to pass the CE certification for entering the European market.This product has advantages such as zero emissions,green and low-carbon,clean and environmentally friendly,and long battery life.At the same time,the whole machine can achieve stepless speed regulation and can turn 360 degrees in place,with strong terrain adaptability and smooth and flexible steering,which is highly welcomed by overseas users.　　This exhibition will last for one week and is expected to attract 400000 visitors from over 140 countries.It is believed that with the help of our company,YTO can win more customers in Europe and showed the charm of Chinese manufacturing ability.

　　On August 3,2023,at the invitation of Xuzhou XCMG Port Machinery Co.,Ltd.,our company provided CE certification technical training for the leaders and technical personnel of XCMG Port Machinery R&D Department and Overseas Export Department on offset port tractors.　　At the meeting,our company provided a detailed and professional presentation on the applicable directive standards,certification process,required certification materials,on-site inspection and testing items,key testing items,certification differences between electric and internal combustion tractors,and successful certification cases for offset port tractor CE certification.　　After the training course,XCMG technicians raised relevant questions about the certified products and training content.Our company also provided professional answers in detail and received high recognition from XCMG leaders and technicians.　　We believe that with the technical strength of Xuzhou XCMG Port Machinery Co.,Ltd.and our professional certification level and experience,the biased port tractor of this cooperation between the two parties will smoothly pass the EU CE certification and enter the EU market as scheduled.

UK UKCA certification transition period postponed for another 2 years

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the global economy has been hit by a slowdown button. In order to reduce the burden and costs on businesses during economic difficulties, the UK government announced on November 14, 2022 that it will extend the acceptance of CE product labeling until December 31, 2024. During this period, products with UKCA or CE labeling can enter the UK market, and companies can choose on their own.Once this news is released, many companies exporting or about to export their products to the UK will breathe a sigh of relief. Relevant certification responsible persons will have more sufficient time to plan and prepare for future UKCA applications. Our company will also continue to monitor the latest developments of the UK government and provide better certification service guidance for enterprises.However, it should be noted that this extension does not apply to medical equipment, construction products, cable cars, transportable pressure equipment, unmanned aerial vehicle systems, railway products, and marine equipment. YTO Euro V Medium Wheeled Tractor Obtained e-mark Certification

Our engineers have been invited to participate in remote training for experts on the revision of EN 1493:2010 EU automotive lift standards

In 2020, due to the impact of the epidemic, although our Italian headquarters' regular face-to-face training program for authorized engineers could not be held as scheduled, the epidemic could not hinder the communication and learning improvement of our technical department.In response to the revision of the EN 1493:2010 EU automotive lift standard within the year, in order to help companies better prepare their products for integration with the new standard, our Italian headquarters invited Italian experts who participated in the revision of the standard to conduct a one-day remote training for our engineers on June 30, 2020. Our engineers made positive comments during the discussion and received professional interpretations from experts on the differences between the new and old standards. During the conference, relevant car lift manufacturers were also invited to participate and express their views and needs. Congratulations to three engineers from our CE certification department for successfully passing the EU Noise Directive authorization exam

After two months of intense preparation, the EU Noise Directive authorization exam, hosted by ECO headquarters and remotely supervised by officials from the Italian Ministry of Transport, successfully concluded on October 24, 2019.This year, the Italian Ministry of Transport has put forward more stringent requirements for engineers authorized under the EU Noise Directive, which not only require training and assessment of Italian authorized engineers, but also require officials from the Italian Ministry of Transport to take the exam in person, otherwise it will affect the review of the authorization directive by the notified body. In August of this year, our company actively communicated with ECO to prepare for the exam in response to this new requirement. Our CE certification department's engineers responsible for noise command technical services also worked overtime in their spare time to prepare for the exam. The specific invigilation time for officials from the Italian Ministry of Transport was finally determined in October.On the day of the exam, our invigilators connected with the Italian headquarters via remote conference to ensure that two officials from the Ministry of Transport could monitor our exam situation throughout the entire process. Our engineers also strictly followed the discipline requirements of the exam room, using their professional knowledge reserves to complete all the questions on the exam paper one hour in advance and passed the exam with high scores.The successful passing of this exam further confirms the professional strength of our technical personnel and adds a golden signboard to the development of our EU noise directive business.
