This directive applies to outdoor equipment listed in Articles 12 and 13 and Annex I. As a whole suitable for its intended use, this directive only covers equipment placed on the market or put into use. Except for handheld concrete crushers, impact drills, and hydraulic chisels, non powered additional devices that have been put into the market or put into use are not included.
