Revised Directive 2006/42/EC: 2009/127/EC

According to the requirements of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Directive 2009/127/EC on the regulation of mechanized pesticide application has been improved and revised in relevant content, and will come into effect on December 15, 2011. This directive has made the following changes based on the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC:
1. Detailed definitions of basic health and safety requirements have been provided;
2. The following additions have been made to the content of mechanized pesticide application:
-Definition;
-Control and supervision;
-The use, handling, and testing of pesticides;
-Maintenance
