In early September 2019, ECO invited Mr. Giant Luca Laghi, the Technical Director, to visit our company and provide specialized training for our technical personnel.

Mr. Laghi has been the head of ECO's technical department since its establishment in 1996, assisting ECO headquarters founder CARLO FARINA in building ECO's strong technical strength and accumulating rich technical experience. This visit is also Mr. Laghi's second visit to Yizhong Company. Mr. Laghi reviewed our company's technical filing materials in recent years and highly praised the growth and professionalism of our technical personnel.

The three-day specialized training mainly focused on in-depth interpretation and case analysis of the EU Machinery Directive, and Mr. Laghi also shared with us the latest technological information in the EU. Our technical personnel also provided service demonstrations and exchanged opinions with Mr. Laghi regarding the types of forklifts, loaders, rollers, etc. that have served the most in recent years. Both parties had in-depth discussions on some vague concepts and coordination criteria in the instructions, and provided practical solutions for the future.

In order to provide customers with better and faster certification services, our sales department has also put forward suggestions for the headquarters' certification process and timeliness. Mr. Laghi has carefully kept records in order to improve the coordination and speed up the certification process after returning to China. I believe this training will further promote communication and cooperation between both parties, and enhance the quality of our services.
