SONCAP certification includes Product Certificate and SONCAP Certificate. This program is implemented through these two types of certificates. In addition to other customs clearance documents, these two certificates are mandatory customs clearance documents required for regulated products.

*First, you need to apply for PRODUCE CERTIFITION (PC)

The required application documents are as follows:

1) Fill out the Request for PRODCUT Certification application form

2) Test report

Basic requirements:

a. From laboratories accredited by CNAS or certified by ISO17025 quality management system

b. If the test report is not owned by the applicant themselves, the owner of the test report needs to provide an authorization letter

For the applicant.

c. The testing standards for the report must comply with the relevant requirements of Nigeria.

d. Product photos and country of origin identification photos

*Then you can apply for SONCAP Certification (SC) before and after shipment

The required application documents are as follows:

1) Fill out the Request for SONCAP Certification form

2) FINAL INVOICE

3) Packing List

4) Complete copy of PC certificate
