Due to a change in ECO's strategic direction in China, a representative office was established in Luoyang in early 2008. Since then, the ECO Shanghai representative office has been officially cancelled. ECO Luoyang Representative Office is the only permanent representative office established by ECO headquarters in China.

ECO Luoyang Representative Office is mainly engaged in non business activities such as liaison, introduction, market research, and technical exchanges within the scope of our company's product certification business.
