-Machinery powered solely by human labor,except for machinery used for lifting and lowering loads
-Medical equipment that comes into direct contact with patients
-Special equipment for use in open-air amusement parks or amusement parks
-Steam boilers,tanks,and pressure vessels
-Machinery specially designed or applied for nuclear purposes can cause radioactive radiation in the event of failure
-Radioactive sources formed by mechanical components
-Light weapons
-Storage tanks and pipelines for gasoline,diesel,flammable liquids,and hazardous substances
-Transport vehicles and their trailers that use public transportation networks such as highways,railways,waterways,and aviation to transport passengers and goods,except for mining transport vehicles,shall not be excluded
-Ocean going vessels and offshore mobile equipment,along with their onboard equipment
-Public or private manned cable cars,including cable cars
-Agricultural and forestry tractors are defined in Article 1(1)of 74/150/EEC(1)
-Machines built and specially designed for military or police purposes
-Fixed elevators for buildings and structures of specific heights,with movable compartments between rigid guide rails at an angle greater than 15°to the horizontal plane,and used for:
a)Carrying personnel;
b)Carrying personnel or goods;
c)If the cargo is transported separately,and the compartment is easily accessible,meaning that personnel can enter the compartment without difficulty,and there is a control device inside the compartment,or the personnel inside can touch the control device;
-Personnel transport devices installed on gear and gear track vehicles
-Mine hoisting device
-Stage lift
-Machines used for lifting and lowering people and goods on construction sites
